man at tableEnergion Publications hosts a one hour Google+ Hangout every Tuesday night at 7 p.m. Central time. The format will be an interesting topic for discussion by at least two Energion authors or an occasional guest, with questions from the audience available through Google+ or YouTube.

How to connect and join in discussions and questions:    Google+: Between 6:30 and 7 p.m., follow this link to Energion’s Google+ page.  Locate the event for that week and click on the announcement. Follow the prompts to the discussion.

YouTube: Follow this link to Energion’s YouTube page. Scroll to the event for that week and click on that screen. There will be a banner which states “Login to participate.” If you just want to watch you do not follow the banner.

Audience Participation: We enable the Q&A App on the Google Hangout. You can find instructions on using this app here. You need to click on the plus sign (+) next to “Q&A App”  and look for the heading “Ask a question.” Also please check the final section, “Things to keep in mind.” There it points out that you can’t ask questions if you’re viewing on YouTube or on a web site with the YouTube viewer embedded. You have to go through Google+ to get this functionality. There will be an annotation with a link on the viewer so you can sign into Google+.

October 13, 2015: Is the Gospel Shrinking? Author Lee Wyatt who wrote the newly released book, The Incredible Shrinking Gospel, will share his insights into the crisis in the church, one he believes is caused by our loss of a full Gospel message. To rebuild our understanding Lee then revisits Jesus, helping us to become acquainted with Him and the meaning of his mission.
