Consider Christianity Weekend in Florida!
March 16 – 18, 2018 will be a weekend for learning or reviewing our basic Christian beliefs and how we can be a witness to our faith in the 21st century. Elgin Hushbeck, Christian apologist and engineer, will begin Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. at Chumuckla Community Church, 8008 Chumuckla Highway, Pace, FL with “How to Deepen your Faith.”
Saturday will begin at 10 a.m. with “Can You Trust Your Bible?” All sessions on Saturday will be carried LIVE through the Chumuckla Community Church’s FaceBook page. There will be a lunch break from 12-1:30 p.m. With another two-hour afternoon session, there will be a panel Q & A with Mr. Hushbeck, Tamika Hampton, a local author of children’s Christian books (Salvation, The Gathering, and What is Love?), and Debbie and Derf Roeger who just returned from India.
Sunday morning, Elgin will teach all the adults in a combined Sunday School class about “Witnessing” and Mrs. Hamptom will be teaching the children, all beginning at 9 a.m. at Chumuckla Community Church. Then Elgin will teach during the 10 a.m. Sunday service. The service will be followed by a luncheon that everyone is invited to join together for wonderful food and fellowship.
